Thank you for visiting our website. We wanted to give you an update on where we are at with the development of the Eagle Lakes Condominiums. We have updated our floor plans and have the designs finished for our next building. We are looking to break ground on Building 9, next to the clubhouse, very soon.
This new building will be built with two model units and two "spec" units. One model will be a 2,000 sq ft unit with a full 2,000 sq ft basement. The other model will be a 1,700 sq ft unit with a 400 sq ft bonus room over the garage. The other two units that will be for sale will be a 2,000 sq ft unit with a basement and a 1,700 sq ft unit. These units, or others, can be put on hold with a $2,500 refundable deposit.
Please check out the website and look at the changes to the floor plans. I think you will find them very exciting. Our position is, and will remain that quality is standard. It shouldn't be something you get only if you "upgrade". That is what we believe separates us from our competitors.
